Information we process

Humanizer Run processes your email address, account name and authentication information to operate your account. Google sign-in, when available, uses basic profile and email information. Password authentication uses the authentication system’s password hashing; passwords are not stored as readable text.

When you request a check or rewrite, the submitted text and necessary surrounding context are sent to our processing providers: TypeSafe for contextual judgments and DeepSeek for rewriting. Do not submit confidential material or personal information you are not authorized to share. Providers process requests under their own terms and privacy policies.

Drafts and results

The editor holds your working draft in the current browser tab. If you leave the editor through its sign-in dialog, a temporary copy is saved in that tab’s session storage so it can be restored on return. It is removed when restored or discarded if more than 30 minutes have passed; closing the tab clears its session storage. Closing or refreshing the tab can lose unsaved text. Copy or download work you want to keep. We do not provide a permanent document library in this version.

For request recovery, the service may temporarily retain the result and the text contained in its analysis. We retain request identifiers, content fingerprints, status, usage and billing records to prevent duplicate charges and resolve failures. These records are not public. We do not intentionally include complete drafts in analytics events or routine application logs. Contact support to request deletion of retained document data.

We do not use submitted drafts to train our own model. This statement does not change the separate processing policies of our providers or promise that all third-party retention is disabled.

Payments and email

Stripe handles checkout and payment details. We store transaction references, payment status, currency, purchased allowance and the associated account. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers. Cloudflare provides hosting, security and transactional email delivery, including verification and password-reset messages.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies maintain login sessions and account security. If Google Analytics is enabled, it measures visits and product interactions. We do not send draft contents, protected terms or rewrite outputs as analytics parameters. Browser privacy controls can restrict cookies and tracking. Analytics are not necessary to use the editing service.

Retention, security and your requests

Account and transaction records are retained to operate purchased allowances, prevent abuse and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Access is restricted to the systems and people that need it. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Email support@humanizer.run to request access, correction or deletion, or to report a privacy issue. We may need to verify ownership before changing an account. Some transaction records may need to remain even after account deletion. Processing may occur in countries other than your own.
